The Cecilia Fund will annually support up to three nonprofit organizations dedicated to advancing Quality Education (SDG 4), Reducing Inequalities (SDG 10), and Promoting Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3).

Additionally, an annual prize personally funded by Bamisaye Victor, will be awarded to recognize excellence in three key areas: patient care, inter-staff relationships (including mental health support), and contributions to medical knowledge. The prize categories and awards are as follows: ₦150,000 for a Senior Resident, ₦120,000 for a Resident, and ₦100,000 for a House Officer.

Executive Director
The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the foundation, responsible for leading its strategic vision, ensuring financial sustainability, overseeing daily operations, and building relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners.
Oluwadunsin Boboye
Director of finance & Operations
The Director of Finance and Operationns oversees financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day operations to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
Priscilla Akintayo
Secretary
The Governance Officer ensures legal and regulatory compliance, supports governance processes, and maintains official documentation. They also address legal correspondence and liaise with external legal partners when necessary.
Ayooluwa Adebolu
Brand Manager
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the foundation’s brand identity and overseeing communications and marketing strategies. They also lead storytelling initiatives to communicate the foundation’s mission and impact.

The Program Manager oversees the design, implementation, and monitoring of programs and projects that advance the foundation’s mission and goals and also tracks program performance and impact using KPIs and reporting tools.
